Service Description
Tuesday-Thursdays from 10-12pm. Children admission with rental skates are $10 per child. 20 child minimum. 1 free chaperone per 10 children. Additional adults are $10. Must bring your own bag lunch. Tables and seating provided for your field trip. Waivers must be signed by all persons entering building. $75 deposit to hold date. Headcount and balance due 1 week prior to field trip for staffing/safety. No walk-ins allowed. If there are additional participants, you will be charged 16.99 per participant, day of.
Cancellation Policy
$75 DEPOSIT DUE to reserve your date/time IS DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING. YOUR DEPOSIT HAS TO BE PAID BEFORE YOUR DATE WILL BE HELD AND THE REMAINDER IS DUE TWO WEEKS BEFORE EVENT. We must have a card on file for all events. We try our best to accommodate changes or special requests because awesome customer service is our main goal. If you need to cancel or change your event for any reason, please give us at least a 7 day notice, to ensure your event runs smoothly. Everyone participating in the roller skating activity must sign a liability waiver before they are able to step on the floor. Event guests are given wristbands in the amount that are purchased as stated in your event contract. Your card on file will be charged 15.99 for each additional guest on the day of event if you go over your guest count, as we have to staff your event accordingly for safety. We will not be responsible for charging individual guests the day of your event.
