By signing this waiver, you agree that roller skating can be considered to be a dangerous activity and you are participating voluntarily in said activity or are allowing any minor that you are accompanying to participate voluntarily. You also agree that you will hold 80 SKATE LLC, its owners, any location or people involved with the production of this event, harmless in the event that you, your minor, other person, or personal property is injured or damaged.

You agree that you will not be entitled to any form of compensation for injury or damage related to yourself, your minor, personal property, or others persons from participating in the activity of rollerskating and while on any premises that 80 SKATE LLC is hosting an event. You are participating voluntarily and assume all risks inherent with roller-skating itself and other activities while participating.
